  • This is the first step to any exercise rehab or personal training adventure. These sessions are designed for us to get to know you better, we want to know the wants and needs of your life and how we can best tailor your training to you and your goals to improve your health and increase overall performance. Whether you are recovering from acute injuries or chronic pain, to targeting postural, health and fitness goals, these sessions are here for us to provide you with a detailed exercise program, to be reviewed every 4-6 weeks. Sessions include: case history, physical assessment, motivational interviewing and goal setting, personalised exercise program, personal training and ongoing support. Please come dressed appropriately to move.

  • These are 1:1 private sessions to take you through your prescribed program with your Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Myotherapist & Personal Trainer to ensure that you are performing the exercises safely and correctly to enhance your results and prevent injury. Each program is completely individualised and will consist of a combination of stretching, mobility and strength based exercises, with regressions and progressions to enhance your overall health and performance, giving you the best chance at achieving your goals and performing to the best of your ability. Programs are reviewed every 4-6 weeks. Nutrition and lifestyle advice may be included to compliment your training and recovery. Approx 1 Hour
